Terms and Conditions
These terms apply to consultations and personal training sessions at The Fesique Lab, 42D North Canal Road, Singapore 059298.
Sessions and bookings
Training is by appointment only. Sessions are confirmed once a time has been agreed with your coach. Please arrive a few minutes early so your session can begin on time; late arrival may shorten the session.
Rescheduling and cancellation
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule a session. Sessions cancelled with shorter notice, or missed without notice, may be counted as used.
Health and safety
You agree to disclose relevant medical conditions, injuries, medication and pregnancy before training, and to follow your coach's instructions. Coaching is not medical advice. If you have a medical condition, please consult your doctor before starting a programme.
Programmes and results
Programmes are written for you individually. Results depend on consistency, nutrition, sleep and individual circumstances, and are therefore not guaranteed.
Payment
Session fees are agreed in writing before training begins and are payable in advance. Fees are non-transferable unless we agree otherwise.
Studio conduct
Please treat the studio and equipment with care and respect the privacy of other clients. We may end a session where conduct is unsafe.
