The Fesique Lab respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you enquire about or attend personal training at our Clarke Quay studio, and how we handle it.
Information we collect
We collect only what we need to respond to an enquiry and coach you safely: your name, phone number, email address, WhatsApp messages you send us, and any health, injury or training information you choose to share during a consultation.
How we use your information
To reply to enquiries, schedule sessions, design and adjust your training and nutrition programme, and keep records of your progress. We may contact you about your bookings.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. It is shared only where necessary with service providers that help us operate the studio (for example messaging and scheduling tools), or where required by Singapore law.
Storage and retention
Records are kept for as long as you train with us and for a reasonable period afterwards, then securely deleted. We take practical steps to protect your information from loss or unauthorised access.
