Strength is the priority, not the risk
Resistance training remains one of the most useful things adults can do for long-term physical independence. The goal is to load the body in positions it can control, and to progress patiently.
Mobility earns the load
Range of motion work is not a warm-up formality. It creates the positions that make lifting safer and more effective, particularly around hips, shoulders and ankles.
Pacing beats punishment
Sessions are built to be repeatable. Individual results vary, and coaching is adjusted around discomfort, medical advice and life outside the studio rather than pushed through it.
